The easiest way to make payments is online via a bank account.

Please note that payments may take up to 10 business days to clear and be reflected on your account.

Payments can also be made by personal check or cashiers check mailed directly to our office.
Please be sure to note your event date and event name on the check.

Returned/bounced checks or an insufficient funds status from a bank transaction will incur a fee of $40. Online payments are completed by Paystand, our payment processor.

Final Payments

As a reminder, all final payments must be made via a cashiers check directly issued by a financial institution. Final payments are not accepted online or by personal check or credit card. A final balance will be available from your event coordinator after your final count is submitted 10 days prior to you event. The final payment is due 5 days prior to your event.
